I was born and raised in California and spent my early adult life in Chicago. Before relocating to Michigan, I spent 16 years working in private practice in San Francisco.

My style is warm, thoughtful, conversational, and direct. Together, we create a space where you can be honest, curious, and fully yourself. There is room for the complicated parts, the things that are difficult to explain, uncomfortable to admit, or even contradictory.

Stonebridge Psychotherapy is inspired by an enduring bridge on Stow Lake in Golden Gate Park. To me, a bridge represents passage... from fear toward greater freedom, from isolation toward connection, and from uncertainty toward a more authentic life.
